Please note that customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as each piece is made specifically according to your measurements and preferences.

We do not accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, unless the mistake is from our side.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us at slothline.ae@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
